So Jody met Pearl
She was tall and beautiful
And they become just as one
Jody was rich and famous
But he was not so glad
He loved to drink and ride

He was just too drunk
To see the other car
When she saw his corpse
Something in her exploded

Now she plays in "The Run"
With the old Jody's guitar
